University Recreation and Well-Being
Healthy Starts Here
University Recreation and Well-Being has a 25 year history of shaping the OU campus culture by providing students, faculty, staff, and community members opportunities to develop their minds and bodies through powerful programs impacting the entire campus community. The Mission of University Recreation and Well-Being is to lead the campus community toward a life-long commitment of well-being by offering inclusive programs, services and facilities that promote student development and create a connection to Oakland University.
OU Recreation and Well-Being program registration, facility hours, and facility schedules are always available on the Rec Well portal.
We are committed to doing everything we can to maintain a healthy environment following CDC, state and local health department guidelines.
