Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Chorus at Orchestra Hall

The Oakland Symphony Orchestra and Oakland Symphony Chorus, with special guests, bass-baritone soloist Evan Ross and members of the Lake Orion High School Choir, will present their gala season finale concert at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17 at Detroit’s Orchestra Hall.

Fifteen Oakland University vocalists were recognized on Nov. 2, 2024 at the National Associationof Teachers of Singing Michigan Chapter Student Auditions. The Oakland University School of Business Administration inducted 24 undergraduate business students into Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) on March 4. Students are invited to join the honor society by majoring in a business field, holding a GPA of 3.5+, and being within the top 10% of undergrads and top 20% of graduate students.
