Cindy Crabill

Cindy Crabill is a healthcare leader in the Community Health & Well-Being department of Trinity Health. She leads operations and strategy development to advance health equity in type 2 diabetes prevention throughout 16 states in the health system.  Cindy serves as the Principal Investigator of a $12.5M grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is partnering with external collaborators including payers, community-based organizations and other clinical partners to promote optimal health for people experiencing poverty and other vulnerabilities, including unmet health related social needs.

Cindy and her diabetes prevention team’s innovations have been nationally represented at professional conferences and organizations including the CDC, the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Hospital Association for Community Health Improvement (ACHI).

She has over 25 years of experience in a government and healthcare settings and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Michigan State University. She is honored to serve on the School of Health Sciences’ Board and supporting students in their pursuit of professions in the health field.
