Internship Opportunities

Want to get paid to be a part of Oakland University’s most important social media initiative? Excel as a member of the Social Media Street Team and you’ll be first in line for PAID internships! 

  • Act as liaison between the social media staff and the street team membership
  • Coordinate events and communications with the general membership and campus community. Write and distribute corresponding messaging that will:
    • promote Street Team activities on OU’s social platforms
    • promote Street Team initiatives
    • promote campus life and news that the Street Team wishes to amplify
  • Manage all aspects of the Grizzorgs portal including, but not limited to:
    • create event listings and invite members
    • post messages, updates and photos
  • Generate social media ideas that contribute to the University’s strategic goals
  • Storyboard campaigns
  • Gather information, photos, videos as needed for campaigns
  • Collect and analyze campaign results
