OU Anti-Racism Discussion Group

Starting in September 2020, this group of OU staff has facilitated monthly conversations around topics relating to anti-racism. Any OU staff (faculty, part-time employees, GAs, APs, CTs, etc.) are encouraged to participate. Subcommittee members are not experts on anti-racism, so we always welcome suggestions of topics and reading materials. Every month we meet on Zoom to discuss a topic informed by free learning materials. Ongoing learning and discussion of these topics is key to building awareness and advocating for more just workplaces and communities.
