Final exam information for students residing in University Housing:

The exam cancellation from Wednesday impacts a number of University Housing residents.

OU will proceed with closing the residence halls for semester break as planned at 6 p.m. on Friday, December 15. Students who do not have re-scheduled finals (or who have not been granted an exception to stay for any other reason) are still expected to be out of their halls by this time.

Students who need to remain on campus to take a rescheduled final may submit a request to stay. Those granted exceptions may stay until 6 p.m. on Monday, December 18.

To submit a request, please click on this link.
All requests must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 14.

If you are an apartment resident who is scheduled to move out following your last final, and now have a final scheduled for Monday, you should also submit a request to stay.

Once the University Housing staff receives your request, they will verify that you are among the students who have been rescheduled, and notify you that your request has been approved. Students who are approved will need to stop by the University Housing office between noon and 5 p.m. on Friday, December 15, in order to receive break access. There will be no additional charges for students who need to stay due to a rescheduled final.
