Oakland University will honor its 2021 Keeper of the Dream Scholarship winners in a virtual tribute set for 11: 30 a.m. on Monday, January 18, 2021.
This year’s event will be broadcast via YouTube and a link will be posted on the OU website homepage just prior to the event.
Students to be honored this year include:
Adriana Colin-Diaz
Sophomore, History with Secondary Education and a Social Studies concentration and an Admissions Ambassador in the Undergraduate Admissions Office
Maryam Nissan
Senior, Human Resource Development Major and a Peer Mentor in the Center for Multicultural Initiatives
LaCaya Smith
Senior, Elementary Education-Early Childhood Development, and a Student Assistant in the Center for Multicultural Initiatives
Teyler Thompkins
Senior, Communication major with a minor in Music and General Manager of WXOU
Mariama Toure|
Senior, Industrial and Systems Engineering major, and aCORE Ambassador in the Center for Multicultural Initiatives
Alaya Freeman
