Benefits and Wellness Fair scheduled for October 20

The Benefits and Wellness Fair hosted by University Human Resources and University Recreation & Well-Being will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, in the Recreation Center.

Faculty and staff are encouraged attend and learn about available benefits directly from Human Resources representatives, visit the booths of community wellness vendors, and take advantage of services including flu shots. Individuals with questions about open enrollment can also sign up for virtual advising sessions.

Those interested in obtaining flu shots can pre-register and complete a consent form in advance by visiting https://flu.vna.org and using Clinic ID: 821 and Passcode: N7QHsgE. Pre-registration will help ensure adequate vaccine supply.

Vaccines will be available for children 2 and older, and all children under 17 must have a consent form completed by a parent or guardian. Participants with health care coverage should bring their insurance cards and those who are uninsured or underinsured will be able to receive flu shots courtesy of Alana’s Foundation.
