The university's newly formed Employee Recognition Committee (ERC) is excited to announce OU’s first-ever Recognition Nomination Season.

Many of Oakland’s faculty and staff awards presented each year have nomination periods that open or are already active in late winter. Awarded to an individual who has demonstrated extraordinary effort in support of the university mission and strategic plan, spirit of cooperation, and community and university service.

Rising AP Award

Awarded to an individual who has worked at OU for more than three years and demonstrated achievement beyond the call of assigned tasks and responsibilities, consistently exceptional work and notable leadership qualities.

New Professional AP Award

Team Award

Phyllis Law Googasian Award
