Oakland University has introduced a new web tool that provides information on the career and educational pursuits of OU students following graduation.
The Post-Graduation Outcomes Dashboard is a searchable database that currently provides post-graduation details on OU students from the 2015-2020 academic years. Users can search through outcomes data by academic year, college/school and major.
The dashboard includes a wide range of information, including:
- Percentage of graduates employed
- Percentage of graduates who engaged in experiential learning
- Percentage of graduates who pursued continuing education.
- Companies where graduates completed internships
- Companies where graduates are employed
- Sample Job titles
- Median salary earnings
The dashboard was created through a collaborative effort between OU Career Services and University Communications and Marketing. It uses the First-Destination Survey results administered annually by Oakland University Career Services. The survey content, timeline, and procedures align with guidelines by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
