First-Year Retention Rates of Oakland University FTIACs

The graph at top shows first-year retention rates over time. This year’s first-year retention rates have risen over last year’s by 3 percentage points.

The graph above shows first-year retention rates for underrepresented minority students (URM) and non-URM students. Non-URM student retention increased by 3 percentage points over last year. URM retention increased by 1 percentage point over last year, but has increased 8 percentage points since 2020.
