Average Years of Service for Full-Time Faculty Fall 2023

As of Fall 2023, OU full-time faculty have an average of 14.6 years of service. Faculty in the School of Business Administration have the highest average, with 16 years served. Faculty in the OUWB School of Medicine, which admitted its first class of students in 2011, have an average of 5.8 years served.
