The Clinical Nurse Leader or CNL® prepares master’s educated nurses to practice across the continuum of care, including in-patient and out-patient settings, in the community and with long-term and hospice programs. The Clinical Nurse Leader program focuses on care coordination, outcomes measurement, transitions of care and interprofessional communication and team leadership.
