University Libraries reopen to campus community
Fall semester hours for the University Libraries are: 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday-Friday and 10 a.m to 6 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays.
The University Libraries are now open to OU community members only and operating with capacity restrictions imposed as part of the State of Michigan's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Students, faculty and staff interested in visiting Kresge Library will need to bring their GrizzCards, as access to the library is being controlled with a card reader at the entrance.
Fall semester hours for University Libraries are:
- 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday-Friday
- 10 a.m to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
Users at higher risk of experiencing severe illness from a COVID-19 infection are invited to use the library from 7:30-8:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Low risk users are asked to respect these reserved hours.
As is the case elsewhere on campus, face coverings are required in all public spaces in the University Libraries. Patrons are asked not to congregate unnecessarily and will find that library furniture and technology have been repositioned to support social distancing. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are distributed around the building to help users maintain good public space hygiene.
