Create a Valentine, Easter, 4th of July or Halloween card for a veteran living in the Michigan Veteran Home of Chesterfield. Supplies will be provided. Cards will be mailed by OU Veterans Support Services staff throughout the year.

Veterans Week at Oakland University is sponsored by Magna, the David N. Sokol Scholarship for Veterans, and Northwestern Mutual/Wilshire Benefits Group.
In addition to Veterans Week celebrations, Oakland University acknowledges and supports U.S. military veterans through a host of programs and services. The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency recently awarded OU Gold-level status on its 2022 list of veteran-friendly schools, the sixth consecutive year the university has achieved this honor.
