Consideration. The Finance, Audit and Investment Committee reserves the right to add or delete agendum items during any meeting and to discuss or postpone any agendum item during any meeting. If a quorum of the Board of Trustees is present at a Finance, Audit and Investment Committee meeting, the Board of Trustees reserves the right to convene a special formal session to act on any agendum item presented to the Finance, Audit and Investment Committee. Addressing the Board. Any person wishing to address the Finance, Audit and Investment Committee at a meeting must submit a written request to the Office of the Board of Trustees prior to the meeting or to a representative of the Office of the Board of Trustees, at the meeting, that includes the person’s name and the subject matter the person wishes to address. The Finance, Audit and Investment Committee generally limits the length of time that a person may address the Finance, Audit and Investment Committee to two (2) minutes, and will designate the time for public participation during a certain part of the agenda.
