FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
The Finance & Administration Division lead by Senior Vice President Stephen W. Mackey, is comprised of a broad scope of departments touching every aspect of campus life. F&A provides all of the University’s business functions including accounting, budget, payroll, purchasing and treasury. The Division also encompasses facilities, grounds, environmental health & safety, the OU police department and university services. Lastly, the Division facilitates public and private partnership (P3) agreements including the Meadow Brook Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre and Pontiac programs at our West Center.
The F&A Division is committed to continuous improvement of processes and services which impact our students, faculty and staff.

- Three campus locations with 1,464 acres maintained by our grounds crew and patrolled by police officers
- Over 4.5 million square feet of facilities maintained by our custodial staff and skilled trades
- 7,335 financial funds overseen by our budget office and accounting teams
- Over 1650 purchases/contracts executed with a sum of over $50 million and 200 change orders managed by the purchasing team
- 50,000 packages processed and delivered to students, faculty and staff by our central receiving and mail service teams
- 30,200 pounds of ewaste and scrap metal recycled by our property management/surplus disposal team
