Refund Request Form

All refund requests must be sent to Student Business Services for processing. Credit card refunds will be processed once we have verified the funds are in our bank account. ACH refunds will be processed 21 days after the transaction is processed to allow sufficient time for issues with the payment to be communicated to us by our bank.

MarketPlace refund requests are to be requested using the MarketPlace Refund Request Form.
