Lean Leadership Graduate Programs
Master the competencies of organizational leadership
By using lean leadership principles and understanding the importance of driving leadership through an organization, Jessica was able to establish a strong culture in her workplace driven through continuous improvement.
The Lean Leadership Graduate Programs offers you two options: a Lean Leadership Graduate Certificate and a Lean Leadership Cognate for an Ed.D. in Leadership. Lean Leadership is a critical need in the workplace. These programs are workplace-embedded hybrids designed in response to employer needs for organizational improvement and employee development. The Graduate Certificate consists of 16 credits over three semesters of part-time study. The Cognate consists of 20 credits over four semesters of part-time study. If you are a practicing or emerging leader from any sector or any workplace, you should apply for one of these distinguished programs, endorsed by the Jim Womack Foundation and supported by the Pawley Lean Institute. If you desire to extend, enrich or establish leadership knowledge, skills and abilities, this is your opportunity to master Lean tenets, tools and leadership competencies. You will also obtain workplace credentials through a series of Oakland University Lean Leadership Certificates and an optional Green Belt Lean certification.
