Charles is passionate about being able to address the needs of vulnerable populations in Detroit and beyond. His experience in OU’s Ph.D. in Nursing program allows him to make valuable contributions through the development of new knowledge and scholarly work that will advance nursing science addressing the needs of critically-ill patients and their families. Charles is doing his part to elevate his community through clinical practice, research, education, and service.
