Students invited to attend ‘Rock and Enroll Day’ to get ready for fall semester

Oakland University is hosting its third annual Rock and Enroll Day to help new and returning students engage with the campus community and prepare for a successful fall 2023 semester. The event will take place from 2-7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, in the Oakland Center on OU’s campus. 

Whether you are a prospective student who needs to apply for admission, a newly admitted student who has questions about the enrollment process, a current student who would like to register for additional fall classes, or an OU student who stopped out of college and is ready to return and complete your degree, this event is for you.

OU’s Rock and Enroll Day is your chance to take care of university business, meet with student service departments, win prizes and enjoy free entertainment.

During the event, you’ll be able to:

• Register for New Student Orientation
• Receive financial aid advice
• File your FAFSA
• Set up direct deposit
• Get assistance with bill payment and payment plans
• Open an account at the OU Credit Union
• Take a campus or residence hall tour
• Submit an on-campus housing contract
• Make an academic advising appointment
• Modify your class schedule

• Submit transcripts
• Receive a transfer credit evaluation
• Get your student ID card (GrizzCard)
