It is almost the most wonder-filled time of year! The Holidays at Meadow Brook will bring a dazzling array of events, activities and opportunities for merry-making. By day, the beloved annual Holiday Walk transports visitors through the historic mansion decked in shimmering splendor, while Winter Wonder Lights transforms the estate at night into a breathtaking light show featuring music, concessions and magic.
Located in Rochester on the campus of Oakland University, Meadow Brook Hall will shine as Michigan’s premier holiday entertainment destination from Friday, Nov. 29 through Monday, Dec. 30. Tickets are on sale now at meadowbrookholidays.com.
“Meadow Brook is the most spectacular place to be this—and every—holiday season, offering family fun, evenings with friends and unforgettable date nights,” said Shannon O’Berski, external relations director of Meadow Brook Hall. “We are thrilled to welcome families, couples, friends and people of all ages once more to Meadow Brook, to make merry and create magical holiday memories!”
During the day, Holiday Walk is a self-guided indoor tour of the three main floors of historic Meadow Brook Hall, filled with magnificent holiday sights and exquisite decorations. Holiday Walk will run most dates from Friday, Nov. 29 through Monday, Dec. 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
As night falls, the estate is transformed into a dazzling light show. Winter Wonder Lights is a self-guided outdoor event featuring unique light displays across the grounds. It will be a special evening of lights, music and holiday magic where visitors can explore the National Historic Landmark at its most festive. There will be seasonal concessions and specialty drinks, selfie stations, bonfires and more. Winter Wonder Lights will run most nights from Friday, Nov. 29 through Monday, Dec. 30 from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Meadow Brook will also host a series of enchanting holiday events, including: Starlight Stroll, OU Nights, Holiday Tea and Santa Saturdays, which will feature special visits with the head elf himself! Value Nights will offer a reduced rate to visit Winter Wonder Lights on select Thursdays, and the popular Family Nights on select Sundays will offer free admission to Winter Wonder Lights for children 12 and under.
