Oakland University's School of Business has announced that starting fall 2023, two popular graduate programs will be offered with a fully online option.

Oakland University's School of Business has announced that starting fall 2023, two popular graduate programs will be offered with a fully online option. The Master of Science in Business Analytics and the Master of IT Management programs will now be accessible to students from anywhere in the world through a convenient, flexible, and fully online format.

"We are excited to offer our students the flexibility of completing their degree programs fully online," said Chuck Pierce, dean of the School of Business. "This decision is in response to the growing demand for online education and the need for professionals to balance many competing priorities."

The Master of Science in Business Analytics program is designed to prepare students with the skills and knowledge needed to extract valuable insights from complex data sets. The program equips students with cutting-edge analytical tools and techniques, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to solve complex business problems. The program is aimed at professionals looking to advance their careers in data science, business analytics, or related fields.

The Master of IT Management program prepares students to lead in the fast-paced world of technology management. The program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and lead IT teams. The program is aimed at professionals looking to advance their careers in IT management, technology consulting, or related fields.

Both programs are taught by experienced faculty members with a wealth of industry experience. Students in the online program will receive the same quality education as their on-campus counterparts, with the added benefit of flexibility and convenience. Students have the option of applying for the on-campus or 100% online program, and all applicants for the 100% online programs will be assessed in-state resident tuition rates.

"We believe that offering our programs fully online will make them more accessible to a wider range of students," said Dean Pierce. "Our commitment to academic excellence remains the same, and we look forward to welcoming a new cohort of online students in Fall 2023."
