Research Fields:

  • Linear and nonlinear dynamics of magnetic excitations in magnetic films, multilayers, and finite-size samples: spin waves, solitons, parametric instabilities.
  • Applications of linear and nonlinear spin waves in microwave signal processing.

Current Research Interests:

  • Theory of bright and dark spin wave envelope solitons in magnetic films.
  • Theory of two-dimensional diffraction and self-focusing of spin wave packets in magnetic films.
  • Theory of amplification and wave front reversal of spin wave packets in a three-wave parametric interaction with localized non-stationary microwave pumping.
  • Theory of spin wave spectrum in micron-sized arrays of magnetic wires and dots.
