Research Interests
- My primary research interest is in the predictors and consequences of organizational commitment. In particular, I am interested in how commitment is affected by perceptions of procedural and distributive justice, and contributes to organizational citizenship behaviors and turnover intentions.
- As I have become more involved in academic advising, a side interest is transfer student experiences.
