Dennis Condron CV

Dennis Condron earned his B.A. in sociology at the University of Michigan-Flint and his M.A. and Ph.D. in sociology at the Ohio State University.  His scholarship examines social stratification, particularly as it relates to education.  He has published a number of articles on unequal educational opportunities and outcomes both in the U.S. and in comparative perspective.  Much of his work aims to spotlight how economic and racial inequalities originating in students’ out-of-school environments produce disparate opportunities and outcomes in schools.
