Employer Sponsorship Program 2024-2025

The below sponsorship opportunities are in effect from August 2024 through July 2025.

Professional Career Padfolio Sponsor | $7,500 

2024-2025: Enterprise Mobility

• Employer-branded flier included in all professional padfolios.
• Custom Advertising Package, including consultation with Marketing Coordinator to create a strategy to increase brand and promote opportunities through social media and other unique, campus-wide campaigns.
• Custom TV slide for large digital display outside of the Career and Life Design Center.
• 1 sponsor per year (secured)

Career Fair Sponsorship | $7,500 

• Please contact us to find out more about this opportunity.
• 1 sponsor per career fair (3 fairs per year)

Career Studio Sponsor | $5,000 

• Employer acknowledged in Career Center student lobby areas with special recognition for providing refreshments for students and guests, including in-office coffee station, and resume paper/printing.
• Usage of 4’x2’ bulletin board for employer fliers/information.
• Invitation to host 2 Career Studio Takeovers. (one per semester)
• Invitation to participate in Career Fair Student Prep Events.
• Invitation to facilitate student staff training workshop.
• Employer recognition included on the Career and Life Design Center website.
• Employer spotlight on @oucareers social media channels.
• 5 sponsors per year

Career Fair Champion | $2,000 

• Premium location at a career fair.
• Attendance for up to 4 recruiters at a career fair.
• Recognition as Career Fair Champion on student-facing email promotions leading up to the Career Fair, all day-of materials and Employer Brunch.
• Social media spotlight in the weeks leading up to the career fair.
• Oakland Center Banner featuring company information posted for two weeks prior to the career fair.
• Targeted email blast preceding or following the career fair displaying current opportunities and information about your company.
• 4 sponsors per career fair (3 fairs per year)

Headshot Hub Sponsor | $1,500 

• Employer-branded sign in Oakland University Career and Life Design Center Headshot Hub Room and on display screen in the hallway outside of the center. (two locations)
• Employer-branded sign at all Oakland University career fairs. (3 career fairs)
• Quarterly social media posts highlighting the employer as the Headshot Hub Sponsor on all @oucareers social media channels. (6 channels total)
• 1 sponsor per year

Mock Interview Program Sponsor | $1,000 

• Includes recognition as sponsor for campus-wide Mock Interview Series which allows students to practice their skills, receive feedback and network with industry professionals.

Employer Spotlight Package | $500 

• Includes one targeted job promotion email and a customized social media campaign.

Coffee Sponsorship | $300 

• Engage with students and promote current opportunities by providing coffee in the Oakland Center during an agreed-upon date during the academic year.

One Day @oucareers Instagram Takeover | $200 

• Pre-scheduled posts to be shared on the Instagram Feed and Story during an agreed-upon date during the academic year or summer semesters.
