The Facilities Management Department is responsible for an inclusive operation that ensures excellence in construction planning & design, engineering, energy and utility, sustainability, stormwater management, custodial, groundskeeping and operation & maintenance of campus facilities that support the needs of the students, faculty and staff of the University.  Our team is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, highly efficient and sustainable campus, while preserving the University’s physical heritage.  With ever-changing demographics, social expectations and evolving academic challenges, Facilities Management is committed to supporting the expectations of the campus and surrounding communities.
