Paul Fleck

Paul Fleck is the Founder and CEO of Dataspeed Inc., a leading provider of autonomous vehicle and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) integrations. Under his leadership, the company has been dedicated to advancing driverless technology, focusing on innovation, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the latest technologies, Fleck is striving to push the boundaries of what is possible in the rapidly evolving AV & ADAS industry.

Prior to founding Dataspeed, Fleck held senior engineering roles, including VP of Engineering at Jadi, Inc., where he contributed to DoD-funded projects on mobile robots. At Saturn Electronics & Engineering, he led a team that developed control systems for balancing wheelchairs, some of which inspired the early Segway scooters. He also served as Senior Product Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where he played a key role in distributed control systems for both commercial and Formula 1 programs.

Fleck holds a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Oakland University and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western Michigan University.
