Diana Wagner is the Global Vice President of Vehicle SWX Software Programs at Stellantis (formerly FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles). With a tenure spanning over three decades, Wagner has cultivated a career marked by leadership, innovation, and technical expertise. As Director of Vehicle SWX Software Management, she oversaw complex software development processes for global vehicle programs. As Director of Innovation & Advanced Technologies, she spearheaded advanced engineering initiatives across body, interior, chassis, electronics, and engine systems. As Director of Global Cost Engineering & Methods, she was instrumental in driving cost governance, process optimization, and global cost management strategies.

Wagner’s earlier leadership positions include Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, where she managed marketing agency relations for key brands, and Senior Manager of Safety Electronics, responsible for the design and release of active and passive safety systems. Her strategic acumen was further demonstrated as a Senior Manager of Product Strategy, where she led feature innovation and advanced technology planning across Stellantis’ vehicle portfolio.

Wagner played a critical role in program management for high-profile vehicles, notably as the Interior Program Manager for the Chrysler PT Cruiser, which earned her recognition with the 1999 Automotive Hall of Fame Young Leaders & Excellence Award. Her leadership extended to overseeing the launch of the RAM pickup truck programs, achieving cost, timing, and quality targets across multiple assembly plants.

Wagner holds a BSE and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University.
