Research/Scholarship:
After his Ph.D., Dr. Choi pursued a post-doctoral fellowship in East Carolina University, focusing on microdialysis research in relation to lipid metabolism. Dr. Choi’s research interests currently focus on the regulation of local and whole body lipid metabolism in sedentary overweight and obese humans before and after exercise training and nutritional intervention.
