Treasury Management
The Treasury Management department's primary responsibility is for the investment management and reporting for the University's endowment and working capital portfolios. In both cases the department actively manages these portfolios with an external investment advisor approved by the University's Board of Trustees. In each case, the department meets regularly with each advisor to ensure investment decisions are made in accordance with the Board approved investment policies.
The department also oversees the management of the University's debt portfolio and actively engages with an advisor to examine debt restructuring opportunities aimed at reducing the University's overall debt service expense.
