Family Nurse Practitioner Admissions Requirements
The FNP program prepares the advanced practice nurse as a primary care provider for clients from pregnancy to end of life in a variety of settings. The curriculum focuses on culturally sensitive care, incorporating health promotion and management of episodic and chronic health problems across the lifespan. After completion of a full time or part plan of study graduates are prepared to take the FNP certification exam offered by ANCC or AANP.
