Dr. Brian Goslin

During his tenure at Oakland University, Dr. Brian Goslin served as faculty and founding director of the exercise science program in the School of Health Sciences. Under Dr. Goslin’s leadership, the Master of Science in exercise science program gave rise to the development of an undergraduate concentration, minor and graduate certificates, and he played a pivotal role in establishing the program that is now Wellness and Health Promotion. Outside of SHS, Dr. Goslin led OU as acting associate vice president for Academic Affairs and dean of Graduate Study, authored nearly thirty publications in peer-reviewed journals and books, and has presented at numerous national and state conferences. In gratitude of his contributions to SHS and OU, the School of Health Sciences recognizes Dr. Goslin with the HALL Award in 2020.
