Timothy Kasprzak
Timothy Kasprzak MD, MBA, is founder and CEO of McGraw Catalpa, a consulting firm connecting the dots for investment firms, hospital system leadership and entrepreneurs in healthcare. McGraw Catalpa performs due diligence for venture capital, offers fractional CEO/CMO leadership and marketing strategy for start ups.
Previously, Dr. Kasprzak served as the Chief Medical Officer/Vice-President of Medical Affairs at McLaren Oakland where he was responsible for the quality of McLaren Oakland hospital. As the Enterprise Executive Lead for the McLaren System Radiologic Service Line, he promoted best practice algorithms, high value care, physician leadership structure, optimization of revenue and coding, economies of scale and cross-training of staff for over 115 hospitals, primary care sites and walk-in clinics.
Also, Dr. Kasprzak has served as a medical director for strategy and innovation, with interests that included the integration of artificial intelligence for diagnostics and operations, and he helped establish system structure and procedures for management of institutional intellectual property.
Dr. Kasprzak is a proud part owner of the Detroit City Football Club.
