Glenn Denomme is the Founder and Principal of Glenn Denomme Engineering, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in process and product development. With over 40 years of experience in engineering and leadership, he brings a wealth of expertise to a diverse range of industries. Since founding his firm in 2013, Glenn has helped organizations innovate and optimize their processes to achieve product development goals.

Before launching his own consulting practice, Glenn held various senior leadership positions. He was Vice President of Engineering at A123 Systems, where he led cutting-edge energy storage solutions. As Vice President of Global Hybrid Engineering at Lear Corporation, he drove global hybrid powertrain initiatives. Earlier in his career, Glenn served as Chief Engineer for Chrysler’s Hybrid Powertrain Programs, where he played a key role in developing advanced hybrid systems, and as Chief Engineer at Hans Research.

His career also includes technical leadership at General Dynamics Land Systems, where he worked on military vehicle systems, and at DCYI LLC, where he provided specialized consulting in process and product development.

Glenn holds an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University (1989-1994) and a BSEE in Engineering from Oakland University (1977-1980). His deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him a trusted advisor in the engineering field.
