The most common help desk questions can be found below;
University Faculty and Staff automatically receive VPN access. Access VPN at grizzvpn.oakland.edu and enter your NetID account and password for 2-factor authentication.
Need to setup DUO? Sign into your Oakland Webmail account at webmail.oakland.edu and login with your NetID account and password. This will display the DUO set-up page that is needed to access your email account.
This is a primary account used for network access, email, MySAIL access and as the single sign-on identity. Set up your NetID account here: https://netid.oakland.edu/profile/
You must use remote desktop or complete the Remote ODBC Change Request form to login and use ODBC databases.
UltraTime can be accessed remotely, but you must first log into the VPN then Ultratime at https://ultratime.oakland.edu/. If you are an hourly employee, your username is your Grizzly ID number and your password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number
