Master's Students

Master’s students must comply with all policies, procedures and requirements of the Graduate School and of their academic programs. Master’s students who will do a thesis as part of their academic program are encouraged to reach out to their academic program as early as possible to ensure they have ample time to learn about and to meet their academic program’s requirements for theses. View OU’s Important Dates calendar for the semester in which you intend to Defend and check that semester’s Graduate School thesis/dissertation deadlines.

• Last day to defend thesis/dissertation
• Last day to have received Format Approval of your thesis/dissertation
• Last day to have completed all Graduate School requirements regarding your thesis/dissertation
