Biography:
Yun (Ellen) Zhu graduated from Shanghai Fudan University with a B.A. in Economics and State University of New York at Binghamton with a M.A. in Economics. Her doctorate is from Michigan State University in Finance. Ellen joined the OU faculty in 2005. In 2012 she was promoted to Associate Professor of Finance with tenure. Professor Zhu teaches in Managerial Financial, International Financial Management and Financial Modeling.

Teaching interests: 
International Financial Management, Valuation, Corporate Finance, and Financial Modeling

Research interests: 
IPOs, Securities Litigation, Corporate Governance, Internal Capital Market, Corporate Finance and International Finance
