Biography:
Professor Guice is a long term higher education professional and a business consultant. She was an assistant professor of Business Law at Purdue University at Fort Wayne in Indiana, for 7 years prior to relocation to Michigan for her spouse’s position as a minister. Currently, she is a Special Lecturer at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Professor Guice has extensive experience in both academia and in corporate sectors prior to full time academic life at Purdue University.
She has worked for Dell Computer and Texaco where she negotiated strategic technology agreements and alliances. Additionally, she is also currently the CEO of G & S Workforce Solutions and Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm devoted to optimizing small business efficiency and effectiveness.
