Biography:
My research is at the intersection of strategy and corporate social responsibility with a focus on the role of top management teams and family leadership in decision-making processes. I have examined how corporate governance, TMT communication, and organizational attention lead to strategic changes and socially responsible actions. For research method, I use text analysis based on machine learning.
